Know when a door or window in a building has been opened

 

The Door Sensors can be placed on any door or window to indicate to the pager wearer that it has been opened. One or more doors can be monitored and with the Pager Call System (setup 3) the pager will indicate which door has been opened.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Door Sensors can be placed in a doorway where a pressure mat would not be practical. The two blue parts of the sensor are placed together, one on the door and one on the door frame so that when the door is closed the two parts are almost touching. On opening the door only an inch the two sensors move further apart and the alarm is activated.

The blue sensors are attached to the frame by the supplied double sided tape. This allows for easy installation and adjustment. They can also be screwed down for extra strength. The transmitter box is attached easily with the supplied Velcro stickers. The system is battery operated and needs no mains power.

The Door Sensor is only available as a complete pager system, either with the standalone pager (Setup 2) or the pager call system (Setup 3). The standalone pager set only monitors one door. Where there is more than one Door Sensor the pager call system (setup 3) should be used which will then indicate which door has been opened.
